How much is shipping?
We offer shipping via UPS and the rates displayed are based on your package weight and dimensions. Our Golden Brownstone Gift Sets ship via Standard Economy for free. Upgraded shipping is available with rates displayed at check out.
When will my order be delivered?We ship Monday - Wednesday to ensure your package is not sitting on a truck through out the weekend. So if you order on a Thursday the item will ship Monday. How long it takes to get to you is dependent on the shipping method you selected at check out. You will receive a tracking number when you item ships out, please use that tracking number to locate your package. Keep in mind many carriers experience delays and we have little to no control. Contact us if it has been 48 hours since your last shipping update.
What is your policy when it is hot?
We do everything in our power to get your chocolate to you in prime condition. However, we cannot be held liable for any melting. Please view the shipping options, if it's warmer than 90 degrees you must select NEXT DAY shipping. UPS can no longer guarantee ground delivery for HCF shipments beyond the tristate area of New York, New Jersey & Connecticut. Customers shipping outside of this area must upgrade their shipping. We may need to upgrade or hold your delivery depending on the most economical shipping available. Please allow for additional processing times during warmer weather.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. We continue to add countries regularly. We are currently shipping to England, France, Italy and Japan.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes you may order locally via the link below or if you have a larger gifting order we have a delivery partner within New York City. Orders must be placed by 10 am and hit a $500 minimum for that service.
Can I order online and pick-up in-store?
What’s your return and refund policy?
All of our sales are final. Once a product leaves our kitchen, we can not be responsible for issues that develop during shipping. Merchandise can not be returned.
One of my bars is chipped or cracked, can I get a replacement?
We always want anyone to enjoy the beauty of our bars as well as the taste but we can not replace items that are still eatable. We do everything in our power to prevent cracking along the way but in the rare event that a bar is broken, we assure it will taste the same.
