When will my order be delivered?
In order to deal with increased volume we ship Monday - Wednesdays ONLY. Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they were received. You will receive a confirmation of your order as soon as it is placed. You will also receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
What is your policy when it is hot?
We do everything in our power to get your chocolate to you in prime condition. However, we cannot be held liable for any melting. Please view the shipping options, if it's warmer than 90 degrees you must select NEXT DAY shipping. UPS can no longer guarantee ground delivery for HCF shipments beyond the tristate area of New York, New Jersey & Connecticut. Customers shipping outside of this area must upgrade their shipping. We may need to upgrade or hold your delivery depending on the most economical shipping available.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping but please sign up for our newsletter to stay informed of our most up-to-date shipping information.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Not at the moment but stay tuned.
Can I order online and pick-up in-store?
Yes. You can order online via our website and pick up in store. Pickup hours are from 1pm-5pm Friday-Sunday.
What’s your return and refund policy?
All of our sales are final. Once a product leaves our kitchen, we can not be responsible for issues that develop during shipping. Merchandise can not be returned.
