A: We offer our signature Brownstone Chocolate Bars, Chocolate Ganache Tarts, and Signature Bonbons & Truffles for corporate ordering. Limited-edition flavors may also be available while supplies last.

Q: What products are available for wholesale orders?

A: We offer our Brownstone Bars and Truffle Assortments in wholesale and bulk quantities. 

Q: Can we customize the flavors or assortment?

A: We can create curated assortments based on your preferences or event theme. Currently, we offer customized flavors exclusively for our Brownstone Chocolate Bars and Signature Truffles. (example: adding an ingredient to a Brownstone Bar or having a custom filling to a truffle). A lead time of 6 weeks or more is required to accommodate custom flavor requests. 

Q: Do you provide allergen or ingredient information?

A: Yes, all of our products come labeled with ingredients and allergen information. Please let us know about any specific dietary requirements (e.g., gluten-free, vegan, nut-free) and we'll do our best to accommodate them. However, we make our products on shared equipment.

Q: Can we add our company logo to the packaging? LB

A: Yes, we offer branded packaging options, including logo sleeves, custom labels, and gift note inserts. For large orders, we can work with you on fully custom packaging.

Q: Do you offer personalized gift messages?

A: Definitely! We can include printed note cards or branded inserts with your message.

 

Ordering & Fulfillment

Q: What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale pricing? LB

A: Our wholesale MOQs typically start at 100 units. We require a reseller's certificate for tax exemption. Please contact us directly for any adjustments to MOQs.

Q: How far in advance should I place my order? LB

A: We recommend placing corporate and wholesale orders at least 3 weeks in advance. During our busy season (October 15th-December 31st), to guarantee delivery time and product availability, place orders at least 4 weeks in advance. 

Q: Do you ship nationwide?

A: Yes, we ship across the U.S. We also offer hand delivery in the NYC area for large corporate orders.

Q: Can you ship to multiple addresses?

A: Absolutely. We can ship directly to individual recipients on your behalf. You'll need to provide a spreadsheet of addresses.

Q: Do you create custom molds?

A: Yes, we can create a custom mold for your business. Please note that a minimum order quantity of 1,500 units is required, along with additional setup costs.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept credit cards, ACH, and business checks. Wholesale accounts may be eligible for net-30 terms with approval.

Q: Do I qualify for a tax exemption?

A: Non-profit organizations with a 501 (c) (3) status, religious organizations, and entities with a reseller's certificate are eligible for tax exemption.
