Please keep in mind we will have to adjust the method if you select a shipping method that extends outside of our 48 hour delivery window.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are fulfilled in the order in which they were received. You will receive a notification of your expected delivery date within 48 hours. We only ship chocolate Monday through Wednesday to ensure you are receiving products in their best possible condition. If you have only ordered merchandise those ship out as product is available.
Do you charge extra to ship when it is hot?
Whenever the temperature is slated to be above 70° F we add a surcharge of $12.99 to cover our handling cost. All chocolate orders will be shipped out via 2 day shipping to ensure that our products reach you in their best possible condition.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer international shipping but please sign up for our newsletter to stay informed of our most up-to-date shipping information.
Do you offer same day delivery?
We offer same day messenger service within Manhattan (New York City) only. To place an order for delivery via messenger, please call 646-922-8816 or email: email@example.com.
Can I order online and pick-up in-store?
Yes. You can order in advance and pick up at our store. Just select store pickup and choose your time and date.
What’s your return and refund policy?
All of our sales are final. Once a product leaves our kitchen we can not be responsible for issues that develop during shipping. Merchandise can not be returned.
